The laaaaaazy Monday started with sleeping in, and then a smoothie!
Rice milk, spinach and blueberries in this one!
In a beer glass, no less. That glass did NOT know what hit him…
Followed by some hot cereal. I have no idea what this is called in English. But here’s the box.
This was sooo delicious with just some Natural Balance and salt.

Well after lunch, we were off for a run! We drove into the park, where I used to train with SOF (back when I had it in me to wake up at an ungodly hour of 4.30am
).
Gearing up – soo much equipment.
And, we are back! Glorious 11km along the lake shore. It was definitely too hot for a run though. I didn’t mind the heat, but Vlad was melting!!!
Guzzling water is a must!
We were DRIPPING. Here’s a shot of my arm, as I was driving home. Gross, right? Nah…. I kinda like it. Means I worked hard.
Ummmm…. did I mention that I had an SOF workout right after the run? Yep. I showered (not sure why) and literally stuffed some food down my throat before bolting for the door.
Tomatoes with chickpeas and soy sauce and sweet/spicy mustard with a slice of bread and some nuts on the side.
Back from yet another amazing workout – what’s for dinner?
